Centered around a heavy-duty Canyon cooler, this setup is built to handle heat, outdoorsy gatherings, and full event days with ease. It’s a simple, stylish way to offer frozen Pink Coyote treats at weddings, company picnics, backyard parties, and any moment worth celebrating.

Your station arrives fully self-serve and stocked with your choice of pre-packaged scoops. It’s convenient, mess-free, and ideal for groups on the move. The cooler serves up to 50 guests, and you can choose up to four flavors to include.
A non-refundable rental fee is required to reserve your date. After booking, we’ll reach out via email to confirm your event details and send an invoice for the servings you select.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will forfeit the rental fee.

Umbrella Cart
​
The Umbrella Cart is a charming addition to weddings, showers, and other elevated events.
​
The cart can be offered as a self-serve option featuring pre-packaged scoops or upgraded to a fully staffed experience with on-site scooping for an additional fee.
Designed to serve up to 200 guests, you may select up to four flavors for your event.
Pricing includes a per-scoop rate plus a $150 hourly cart rental fee. Staffed service is available at a separate rate.

To reserve your date, a non-refundable cart rental fee is required. Once booked, our team will connect with you to finalize event details and provide an invoice based on your selected offerings and guest count.
